He's not into it anymore.
My first and probably last live show of Manson. He literally left the stage in the middle of songs while the rest of the band played their instruments. He kept saying "whatever whatever" when he was singing, like he forgot the lyrics. Was not a fan of it.
saw him before at the Ace Theatre in Los Angeles. He was so much better then. This time, I expected him to come out "unleashed" and let loose. I was sadly disappointed. Seems he was just going through the motions and not really into it. Talked to some die hard fans later who were also terribly let down. Not sure what the issue was last night. His voice was not up to par.
Love him saw him many times and will continue to every chance I get.
Manson still rocks!
I've seen Marilyn Manson 3 times over the course of the past 4 years or so and every time has been phenomenal. He puts on one hell of a show and his set lists are always a good mix of his old hits along with some of his best new material. I'd love to meet him one day and shake his hand.
Incredible even when he's not at his best;
I saw Marilyn Manson a few years ago, with Slayer, And Marilyn Manson exceeded my high expectations and blew my mind. Since then I've considered them to be aband that's about as good as any band could be. This show was nowhere near as good as the last time. The Band was incredeble, but Manson's singing was far from perfect. He seemed tired and didn't really get into some of the favorites, like The Dope Show, he was weak on that one. Even so, They are a fantastic band to see. I had a great time and it was worth the trip. which was nice, nice to getr out of the city, nice venue, if you have the time and money to travel that far to see a band. I certainly don't. But I will make acceptions for Marilyn Manson!
